Mais si vous cherchez \u00e0 Brive quelque chose de diff\u00e9rent \u2014 un endroit o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on mange bien ET o\u00f9 le vin m\u00e9rite vraiment qu&rsquo;on s&rsquo;y attarde \u2014 Les Canailles sont peut-\u00eatre ce que vous cherchez.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ce qui manquait \u00e0 la sc\u00e8ne gastronomique briviste<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Brive-la-Gaillarde est une ville qui mange bien. La halle Georges Brassens, le march\u00e9, les producteurs corr\u00e9ziens \u2014 il y a une vraie culture du bon produit ici. Mais le concept de cave \u00e0 manger \u2014 mi-cave \u00e0 vins, mi-table de partage \u2014 \u00e9tait absent. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;ouverture des Canailles, au 15 all\u00e9e des Tilleuls, face \u00e0 cette m\u00eame halle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arnaud et Nicolas ont choisi Brive pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment parce qu&rsquo;ils la connaissent bien, qu&rsquo;ils y vivent depuis des ann\u00e9es, et qu&rsquo;ils savaient ce qui lui manquait encore.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Ce qu&rsquo;on mange aux Canailles \u00e0 Brive<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nicolas compose une cuisine de partage g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse et ouverte. Le midi, une formule courte qui change au fil des saisons \u2014 simple, juste, pr\u00e9par\u00e9e avec la m\u00eame rigueur que le reste. Le soir, tapas, antipasti, grillades (c\u00f4te de b\u0153uf, magret, poissons entiers), touches du Pacifique o\u00f9 il a grandi, sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s corr\u00e9ziennes revisit\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">40 couverts en salle, 30 en terrasse face \u00e0 la place de la Guierle. Tout est disponible au verre, \u00e0 la bouteille sur place, ou \u00e0 emporter depuis Brive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Pour qui, exactement ?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour les Brivistes qui veulent sortir de leurs habitudes sans quitter leur ville. Pour les Corr\u00e9ziens de passage qui cherchent une adresse diff\u00e9rente. Pour les amateurs de vin qui veulent \u00e9largir leurs horizons sans commander sur Internet. Pour les \u00e9picuriens du quotidien qui m\u00e9ritent mieux que la routine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les Canailles ne sont pas le restaurant gastronomique le plus sophistiqu\u00e9 de Brive.
